What is the difference between breathwork and the guided breathing exercises?

Our breathing exercises use slow, controlled patterns — such as boxed breathing, balanced 4–4 breathing and extended-exhale 4–6 breathing — to help you regulate your breathing, settle your attention and enter a calmer state. The breathwork experience is more active and immersive: it guides you through a continuous sequence of 30 deeper, rhythmical breaths, supported by synchronized visuals, sound and movement in virtual reality. In short, the breathing exercises are gentle techniques for regular calm and regulation, while the breathwork experience is a more active, structured journey.
