2. Our Products and Services

Mindergy VR provides immersive virtual reality hardware and software solutions designed to:

• Reduce patient anxiety and stress in clinical settings
• Support mental focus and wellbeing in corporate environments
• Provide training and mental performance tools for professionals

Products and services include:

• VR Hardware: Headsets provided for use with Mindergy VR software
• Software / Enterprise Plans: Subscription-based VR experiences with a 12-month binding period
• Installment Plans: Optional monthly payment structure for combining hardware and software

Our solutions are intended for professional and organizational use only and should be used under appropriate supervision.

3. Subscriptions, Payment, and Cancellation

3.1 Binding Period

All software subscriptions have a 12-month minimum binding period. This applies to both monthly installment plans and one-time annual payments.

3.2 Cancellation

• Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the first 12 months.
• After 12 months, subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
• Early termination does not remove any financial obligations during the binding period.

3.3 Payment Options

• Monthly Installments: Monthly payments covering subscription and initial hardware cost.
• One-Time Payment: Annual payment option may be offered with a discount.
• Choosing monthly installments does not constitute leasing; hardware ownership transfers after completion of the binding period.

4. Hardware Ownership and Shipping

• Hardware (VR headsets) is shipped to the address provided by the client.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Hardware ownership transfers to the client after the initial subscription period.
• Clients are responsible for proper care and use of the hardware.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of the software, subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Refunds or credits may be considered if the service fails to function as described, at Mindergy VR’s discretion.
• Hardware issues are handled through separate warranty and support terms.

6. Användning av tjänster

You agree not to misuse Mindergy VR products or services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Otillåten kommersiell användning
• Attempting to reverse-engineer technology
• Disrupting functionality of hardware or software

7. Immateriella rättigheter

All content on this website and in Mindergy VR products — including text, images, videos, software, and logos — is the property of Mindergy VR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from Mindergy VR.

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
