We are excited to collaborate with Lugi Handball, a renowned handball team based in Lund, Sweden. Lugi has integrated Mindergy VR into their training and recovery regimen to enhance mental resilience and performance for their athletes, particularly the women’s team.
The players use the VR system during travel, before and after matches, and as part of their recovery process. This innovative use of VR helps athletes manage performance anxiety, improve focus, and recover mentally from the physical and mental demands of professional handball. By training both their bodies and minds, Lugi’s athletes have seen remarkable improvements in their ability to wind down after games and deal with performance pressure.
