We\u2019re proud to welcome LUGI Women’s handball-team to our growing community of sports organizations and teams investing in mental recovery and performance optimization\u00a0through Mindergy.<\/p>\n
In sports, true success isn\u2019t only built on strength, speed, and technique, it\u2019s equally dependent on mental balance, focus, and presence. With their two new Mindergy headsets, LUGI will now have powerful tools to support both physical recovery and mental well-being, on and off the court.<\/p>\n
The team will be using Mindergy’s sessions\u00a0to unwind after training and games, helping players relax, restore focus, and reduce stress levels.\u00a0During longer bus rides to and from away games, the athletes will also have the chance to take a moment for themselves, to breathe, reflect, and reset before the next challenge.<\/p>\n
In addition, the players can take Mindergy home in the evenings to create short but meaningful moments of calm and mental recharge, supporting both recovery and long-term resilience.<\/p>\n
At Mindergy, we believe that mental recovery is a key part of performance. By training not just the body but also the mind, athletes can improve focus, increase endurance, and enhance overall well-being.<\/p>\n
